Email tricks that save time every week
- Schedule send. Write the email tonight, send it at 9 tomorrow. Gmail and Outlook both have it next to the Send button.
- Undo send. Turn on the longest delay (30 seconds in Gmail). It has saved many people.
- Filters for the noise. Anything from shops, newsletters or notifications can skip the inbox and go into a folder you check once a week.
- Unsubscribe instead of deleting. If you've deleted the same sender three times, unsubscribe.
- Search instead of folders.
